OUR PROGRAMS | Introduction
Deepening leaders' and managers' capacity for aligning and knowing how to use it effectively takes insight, encouragement, and practice. Our programs involve experiential learning that enables participants to learn from their personal experiences of the types of organizational issues and challenges mentioned above. Leaders and managers extend their capacities for dealing with their tough problems and they practice using those capacities on the particular problems they are dealing with.

Participants learn:
  • To bring accountability to the forefront of people's day-to-day work lives and make it the foundation of their organizing;
  • The practices of how people organize to work together and how to recognize and address the needs of those needing improvement;
  • To enable those they lead and manage to teach themselves how to organize effectively.
They acquire:
  • Stronger intuitive agility for organizing, with a deeper understanding of the what, who, when, and how of organizing; and
  • Greater skill in managing the critical conversations of organizing. This yields stronger relationships and commitment and produces trust. People then hold each other more accountable for the commitments they make in all aspects of their work.
