OUR PROGRAMS | Organizing Groups in Transition: Building Leaders' Skills
Program | A four-to-six month off-site practicum led by OC and LG principals. The outcome is the ability to generate alignment behind planned and on-going organizational change efforts. All learning activities engage the actual issues faced by the participants in their organization. By the end of the program participants will have demonstrated significant impact back in their areas of responsibility around the learning outcomes below.

Learning outcomes:
  • Shifting from an advising to a learner-centered orientation to resolve difficult staff issues around roles, responsibilities and performance;
  • Moving from positional power to influential power to obtain accountability from others;
  • Effectively using new frameworks to move groups forward on tough problems; and
  • Acquiring coaching skills and conversational tools that add to their capacity as leaders to develop aligned groups who are better able to sustain the pressures of organizational change efforts.
