OUR PROGRAMS | Leadership and Tough Organizational Problems: A Program to Build Alignment for Change

Program | A custom-designed, on-site program with your unit, team, or other group led by OC and LG principals. The learning outcomes are the same as for program #1 above. The advantage of this approach is that immediately involves staff beyond the leaders and managers who are directly affected by the planned or on-going organizational changes. This program is designed to run from between 3 and 12 months depending on the circumstances and needs of people in the organization.
