Program | As a separate arrangement, or in combination with the above programs, OC and LG principals provide one-on-one executive coaching or team coaching paying attention to specific professional development issues or concerns. Through these three-to-six month agreements participants gain much greater insight into how the individual or the team sees their particular situation, they learn how to expand their options or possibilities for new action, and they practice new, effective actions.
