Welcome to Organizational Coaching and Learning Group | We provide consulting services to leaders in business, government, and not-for-profits, guiding their organizations through significant changes in mission, structure, or operations. While our office is located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, our clients are across the U.S.A. as well as international.

Our object is to enhance others' capacities for action through coaching, rather than to provide solutions to specific problems. We strengthen leaders', managers', and groups' abilities to deal with their tough problems and we work with large as well as small organizations.

In all organizations, leaders and managers with limited resources are required to perform at high levels of effectiveness. While their ability to organize and to deliver results is continually tested, they are short of workable ideas: hence the pressure for change. There are useful techniques available to them, including change management processes and reengineering, and they have tools such as scorecards and best practices. But the prevailing view is that these are insufficient to address adequately the challenges they face in today's work environment. We offer a way for them to improve their capacity to organize effectively in the face of tough problems.
