Consulting Highlights | From 1989 to 1994, a director of Econometrix, a firm of economics consultants. Served as a consultant to many large and small companies and to public and non-profit organizations both in the U.S.A. and South Africa. Areas of specialization include organizational learning, knowledge management, organizational transformation, cross-boundary leadership.

A State/County/University/Foundation team implementing and evaluating a trauma treatment and education program for adult women in detention centers. 1989-94 | Econometrix (Pty) Ltd Director and Consultant. Econometrix is the largest independent private firm of economic consultants in South Africa. Worked with over 20 client companies.
