Successful Organizational Change Requires Powerful Alignment Skills by Leaders and Managers | The services we offer are a direct response to what leaders and managers say they need these in times of change: the capability to:

(1) Develop individual accountability - while ensuring that people collaborate effectively because it takes the efforts of many people to get the job done;
(2) Find lasting ways to have people do their work with responsibility and care - to ensure that projects have successful outcomes thus avoiding the costs of wasted time and effort;
(3) Have everyone bring creative energy to their work and be positive about overcoming obstacles to success - even though people may come together at different times, in different places, and have widely different experiences and responsibilities.


Successful leaders and managers need capabilities beyond technical competencies. To address issues like accountability and creativity, they must be able to pay constant attention to the activities and circumstances of organizing their staff. These are what we call skills for 'effective alignment' and they are invaluable. The people who know how to generate effective alignment through action are able to deal effectively with the many breakdowns that occur in today's complex organizational environments.
