Backstory
Hurricane Mitch hit Honduras in 1998, destroying 75% of the country's infrastructure and crops. Thousands of people and animals died from floods (the Choluteca River flooded 8 times its normal width) and mudslides caused by the torrential rainfall and high winds.
Role and Objective
As a decision maker in the Honduran government, you must reconstruct the Village (Cerro Pencos) and and run the hurricane simulation while managing resources and monitoring statistics.
